Returns

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition.

For hygiene reasons, returns cannot be accepted for earrings unless they are faulty or damaged on arrival.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition. Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
